Seymour Pacific Developments Ltd. and Broadstreet Properties Ltd. are proud to have been selected by the City of Campbell River to partner on the Reimagine the Row project, an ambitious downtown revitalization initiative focused on bringing new energy, housing, and activity to Shoppers Row.
Since 2023, the City has been advancing plans to reimagine this key downtown corridor by integrating much-needed purpose-built rental housing with active commercial and civic spaces. As part of this partnership, Seymour Pacific and Broadstreet will develop and manage the residential component of the project through a long-term lease, while the City will retain ownership of the land and the ground-floor civic and commercial spaces.
Campbell River has been our home for nearly 80 years. This project represents an opportunity to reinvest in the heart of our city and contribute to a renewed downtown core that reflects the culture, character, and future of the community. Located at the centre of downtown, this site plays an important role in shaping Campbell River’s ‘main street’ experience.
