WHAT OUR TENANTS HAVE TO SAY:
My wife and I lived at Birch Hills Landing for 8 years. We had a great rental experience. The apartments reflect what is advertised: decently sized apartments, with decent storage for a decent price. Our pets felt welcome. We were lucky enough to have a unit with great AC, which we already miss. Although some maintenance requests took a while, other requests were very quick and the maintenance staff was generally very helpful. The cleaners kept the common areas regularly cleaned. The office staff and client care center were very approachable and professional as well. Overall, our stay at Birch Hills Landing was great for a recent part of our lives.
As a new immigrant, this place provided me a home without any hassles or unreasonable documentation requests. The whole leasing process was seamless and the staff very helpful. I would specifically like to mention Marilyn and March- two of the employees who have been extremely helpful to us. Marilyn helped us secure a lovely apartment and has always been available whenever required. On the other hand, March- the maintenance guy, has always been just a phone call away. He is very passionate about his work and responds swiftly to all service requests. He completes all the service requests sooner than you would expect and always has a big smile on his face while on the job. I would like to thank both Marilyn and March for the support they have extended to us. Keep up the good work guys and stay blessed.
I have lived in this apartment for 3+ yrs. Being a senior with health & mobility issues, my living situation in this building is very enjoyable. This is made possible because of the current property manager Bec. Not only does Bec take the time to listen to any concern I may have, she ALWAYS goes above & beyond to resolve issues effectively & in a timely manner. I highly recommend this rental property.
