Broadstreet’s Blackwolf Ridge offers 1, 2, and 3 bedroom, pet-friendly suites in Lethbridge, AB. Situated in North Lethbridge, Blackwolf Ridge is located in a peaceful yet accessible neighbourhood. The quiet location offers excellent access to many outdoor recreation areas and parks, including Chinook Park, Blackwolf Park, Legacy Regional Park, and Alexander Wilderness Park. It is also within close proximity to Uplands Common Shopping Centre, which has a grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, and convenience stores.
Blackwolf Ridge is a pet-friendly community, offering an on-site dog run, dog wash station, and spacious suites to accommodate your pets. The private outdoor space in every suite also offers a chance to get some fresh air and capture views of the area. In the communal outdoor area of the property, tenants can take advantage of the beautiful community gardens to enjoy gardening and indulge in farm-to-table living.
Each suite offers a sense of relaxation, with a fully equipped kitchen, open-concept living space, in-suite laundry, and modern finishings. Pets are an important part of your family! Broadstreet Properties welcomes two pets per unit, which may be any combination of cat and/or dog. Your pet will find treats in our offices and pet waste stations at all our rental communities. Dog runs and pet washes can be found at select locations. All pets must attend a pet interview for approval. For a dog to be approved, they must be no taller than 56 cm (22") at the shoulder. In addition to breed restrictions in local by-laws, the following purebreds or mixed breeds are not permitted: German Shepherds, Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Chow Chows, Presa Canarios, and Boxers.
