Broadstreet's pet policy allows for a maximum of two pets per suite. This includes cats and dogs ONLY, and no caged animals or aquariums. As well, breed restrictions are in effect. We do not allow Dobermans, Pitbulls, or Rottweilers. Please ensure that you have accurately filled out your pet waiver for any pets living in the suite. We kindly ask that you pick up pet waste and keep your pets on a leash within your apartment community. Depending on your province of residence, a pet fee or deposit may apply.
Powered parking stalls are numbered and assigned by your Broadstreet Properties Representative, regardless if you have purchased a parking stall or if it is included in your monthly rent. Multiple stalls may be purchased, and are subject to availability. You will receive a hangtag to be placed on your rear-view mirror or a pass to be placed on your dashboard. The tag/pass must be visible whenever on-site or parking charges may occur. We ask that you register your overnight guests and that their vehicles remain in visitor stalls with visitor tags/passes displayed during their stay. Contact your Client Care Centre after hours for a reference number for the dashboard. Should you, or unregistered guests, park in stalls that do not correspond with your hangtag, it may result in towing at the owner's expense.
