Our welcome policy extends to all cats and dogs however, aquariums and caged pets are not permitted. Each pet is assessed on behavior to ensure we maintain a safe and healthy environment for all our tenants and neighbours. Maximum two pets per suite.
As a pet friendly community, we strive to provide an environment where your pets also feel at home by providing treats in our offices, pet stations for waste, dog runs, and even pet washes.
Depending on your province of residence, a pet fee and/or deposit may apply.
All our parking stalls are powered, numbered, and assigned, whether you have purchased a parking stall or if it is included in your monthly rent. Multiple stalls may be purchased, and are subject to availability. You will receive a hang tag to be placed on your rear-view mirror or a pass to be placed on your dashboard. The tag/pass must be visible, and vehicles must be in their assigned stalls. Overnight guest vehicles must be registered and parked in visitor stalls with visitor passes displayed. Contact our Client Care Centre for after hours visitor passes.
