As a Canadian leader in service-focused rental management, Broadstreet Properties is always looking at ways to improve our tenant’s experience. Recently our team completed some upgrades and renovations to two of our properties.
We converted unused space at West Haven Terrace in Leduc, AB into a brand-new Community Fitness Centre, expected to open on February 3rd. This comes as part of our ongoing commitment to making our rental properties feel like a community.
Prior to renovations, the new fitness centre was an underutilized lounge, and a decision was made to renovate and offer tenants a way to keep active close to home. This new fitness centre will provide our tenants with all the equipment needed for a full workout.
This equipment includes:
- Dumbbells of various weights
- Kettle Bells of various weights
- Spirit Functional Trainer system
- Balance trainer
- Three treadmills
- Medicine balls
Our team is very excited about the opening of this new fitness centre and looks forward to its utilization by tenants.
Recently we also completed upgrades to Creekside Terrace in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Our team renovated the Community Lounge with new appliances, televisions, couches, and other seating areas while offering tenants the ability to rent the area for parties and celebrations. This Community Lounge has always been a popular amenity at Creekside Terrace, so it was important to us that the space be given a clean, fresh makeover.
