Job Title: Receivables Administrator
Location: Campbell River, British Columbia

Do you enjoy working with numbers and thrive on problem solving? Are you dedicated to ensuring the accuracy of your work? If so, we are seeking a full-time Receivables Administrator to join our team!

The Receivables Administrator places a focus on the accounts receivables of all current tenants for Broadstreet Properties rental units throughout the portfolio.  The role will work within our software system to ensure the accurate and timely processing of documentation and transactions and solve any discrepancies from current tenant charges and payments.  

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process move-ins and audit uploaded documentation
  • Prepare and process monthly rent
  • Process all Non-Sufficient Funds (NSFs)
  • Process and audit Notices to Vacate
  • Process move-outs
  • Review banking from sites and resolve any issues
  • Review all credit balances, refunds, and adjust and/or correct if necessary
  • Process rent adjustments
  • Process tenant rent increases and renewals (create required tenant documentation)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Two years' experience in an accounts receivable role
  • Advanced level of proficiency with MS Office suite and data entering
  • Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
  • Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a changing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Professional verbal and written communication
